Industrial softeners

In connection with great diversity of raw water quality and installation conditions at particular investors’, Research Polska company examines all cases individually. We suggest the most optimal solutions constructing appliances based on sub-assemblies of world leaders in the field of water treatment.

Appliances intended especially for use in industry and for preparing utility water for hotels, housing estates, etc.Control valve has been designed in such a way so as to reach high intensities of flow with low pressure drop. All the aplliances can be configured in Simplex, Duplex, Triplex and Quadplex systems.

We design softening stations adjusting parameters and outputs to the individual customer’s needs.

All softeners are equipped with a universal electronic controller. It offers numerous possibilities of the appliance programming, particularly in case of multi-tank systems. In case of multi-tank systems the following working systems are possible to be programmed:

Parallel work with immediate regeneration
All filters give treated water simultaneously. The filter whose ion-exchange capacity has been depleted is immediately excluded from work and regenerated and then it returns to work.

Parallel work with delayed regeneration
All filters give treated water simultaneously. The filter whose ion-exchange capacity has been depleted remains at work and its regeneration takes place at the programmed time.

Alternating work with immediate regeneration
Usually one of the filters is in the stand-by mode while the remaining filters give treated water. The working filter whose ion-exchange capacity has been depleted is excluded from work and replaced by a standby filter. The depleted filter immediatelly undergoes the regeneration process and after it has been completed the filter remains in the standby mode.

Maximum Flow mode work
One or more filters remain in the standby mode while the remaining ones give treated water. If the consumption of treated water is bigger than the programmed value of the intensity of working filters flow, then standby filters will be put into work. After the consumption has dropped below the programmed value of flow intensity, those filters will return to the standby mode.
